This Privacy Policy describes how Theze ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use any of our mobile games published under the "Theze" brand (collectively, the "Games"). By downloading or playing any of our Games, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Our Games are designed to be simple and privacy-friendly. We do not require account creation or login. The information collected is limited to what our third-party advertising and analytics partners gather automatically:

Device Information: Device type, operating system version, screen resolution, language setting, and a device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) if you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Usage Data: Game sessions, levels played, scores achieved, and in-game events. This data is anonymous and not linked to your identity.
Ad Interaction Data: Whether you viewed, tapped, or dismissed an advertisement.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personally identifiable information.

2. Advertising

Our Games are free to play and supported by advertisements. We use TopOn as our ad mediation platform, which may serve ads from the following networks:

Unity Ads
IronSource
InMobi
Pangle (TikTok)
Vungle
Mintegral
Chartboost
Other partners integrated through the TopOn mediation SDK

These ad networks may use your device's advertising identifier and usage data to serve relevant advertisements. You can limit ad personalisation at any time through your device's privacy settings.

3. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission before accessing your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline, we will not track you across other apps and websites, and you will still see ads — they will simply be less personalised.

4. How We Use Information

The limited data collected is used to:

Serve advertisements to keep the Games free
Improve game performance and fix bugs
Understand general usage patterns (e.g., which levels are most popular)

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with our advertising and analytics partners as described above, and only to the extent necessary to operate the ad-supported game experience.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Data Retention

We do not store any personal data on our servers. All game data (scores, progress) is stored locally on your device. Ad-related data is managed by our advertising partners according to their own retention policies.

Request deletion of your data
Opt out of personalised advertising
